Innovating Population Health Management

In episode 30, we spent time with a licensed clinical psychologist and a national expert within the intersection of population health, digital health, and behavioral science.  

Dr. Ellen Beckjord is the Associate Vice President of Population Health at UPMC Health Plan, one of the nation's fastest-growing health plans and owned by the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, a world-renowned health care provider. 

During our time together, Dr. Beckjord shared how her previous experiences in applying just-in-time adaptive intervention methodologies have now helped position her to focus on the use of digital tools in clinical operations to achieve efficiency and impact in population health management.
