In episode 15, we spoke with a globally recognized public health practitioner with over 15 years of experience working across the public and private sectors in the United States, East and West Africa, and the Caribbean.
KP Yelpaala is a professor and expert in national health program implementation and is the Founder and CEO of access.mobile, a digital health company dedicated to improving patient engagement for underserved communities through the use of mobile technology.
During this episode, KP discussed his journey in the public health industry and how his global work helped him discover the opportunity to leverage cellular technology to bring healthcare to the masses across Africa. Additionally, KP shared how his company recently uncovered significant opportunity for their technology platform to positively impact care for high risk patients here in the United States.
